What would have been the purpose of these little box spots, who was working there, what were they doing while working etc. There are of course many other different things to decorate with, this is just an example. So, adding a few lanterns, a decorative planter, a stool and some candles give it even more life. I always place flagons on there, as if the workers were drinking some beer between working. Try not to place too many of one kind and if so, rotate them a little bit each time The next step is putting some stuff on the boxes, so it gets more life. Next we will add a little more different stuff like barrels, jugs etc. This is basically what i do most of the time, place a big box, one of the middle sized and of the smaller boxes. I will go through all the steps i usually go through when decorating such spots. Those decoration are especially good in empty corners etc. I want to show you some techniques i generally use on all my buildings etc. So, when it comes to decorating, i see a lot of people struggling with ideas.
